  • What services does Elevate NEXT offer?

    Elevate NEXT services include but are not limited to:

  • Are there any other fees?

    Each class fee is listed on our website and must be paid in full at the time of online registration.

    We do not accept cash or checks at the gym.

    We understand you may need to cancel a class from time to time. Thats fine with us! If you have a schedule conflict please notify our staff  3 hours before your scheduled class begins. If you do not call 3 hours prior to your class and do not show up, you will be responsible for the total cost of that class.

  • How will my personal information be used?

    The Elevate/Elevate NEXT staff will use your contact information ONLY to send updates regarding our classes, sales, special events and closures.

  • Can I drop my child off at the gym or do I need to come into the gym?

    For the safety of your child, we ask that you accompany them to and from the gym at all times.

  • Can I receive text and email notifications?

    Yes. When you sign up choose the email/text option and provide your mobile service company so we can send you the latest updates. In addition, this is a great option for parents who would like to be notified that their child has been moved from the wait list to a class.

    If you are an existing client follow these steps to update your notifications:

    • Log in here to access your account profile
    • Click “Edit” at the top right corner of your Personal settings
    • Enter your mobile phone number
    • Click “Yes” for “Subscribe to email notifications”
    • For Notification Preferences, click “Email and text messages”
    • Click your mobile provider
    • Save
  • I have emailed your office and have not received a reply. What do I do?

    We strive to return all email responses within 24 hours. If you have not received a response, please call our office at (504) 383-5106.

  • How do I cancel my child’s class if he/she is not able to attend?

  • What age can my child begin participating in training classes?

    We train both boys and girls starting at age 3 (our Mini Biddy class). Based on our coaches discretion, they will advance to the Beginner class and will progress to Intermediate, Experienced and Pro classes.

  • Can my child participate in skills training if they are not on a team?

    Of course! Elevate NEXT focuses on improving the skills of any athlete regardless of school, park or club affiliation.

  • How do I know when camps and special events are scheduled?

    We email upcoming class/event information to the email address you provided when you set up your account profile online. We also have this information available in a calendar format on our website.

  • What should my child wear and bring to a class?

    Comfortable basketball shoes and shorts are required. In addition, please send water and/or a sports drink for your child during breaks and when class is over.

  • How do I schedule Private or Team training?

    To schedule Private or Team training, please call our office at (504) 383 – 5106.

  • What should my child wear and bring to a camp?

    Comfortable basketball shoes and shorts are required. In addition, please send water and/or a sports drink for your child during breaks.

  • Is lunch provided?

    Lunch is available for purchase at a current cost of $8.00 per day for our all days camps running from 9 am – 3 pm.

    Children are welcome to pack their own lunch if they would like.

  • What time do camps start?

    Camp times vary on the type of camp. If you are on our email newsletter list we will notify you with information on our upcoming camps.

  • Is before and/or after care provided?

    Yes, before and after care is available at a cost of $80.00 per week for our camps running from 9 am – 3 pm. Your child may be dropped off and picked up at the gym location.

    • Before care starts at 8 am
    • After care ends at 5:30 pm
    DROP IN CARE

    The drop in cost is $10.00 per before and/or aftercare as needed. If you are going to need drop in care, please call us at (504) 383-5106.

  • Is there a minimum time commitment for membership?

    Yes.  A membership for Elevate Next requires a 1 year commitment.

  • What is included in a membership?

    • 5 large group classes per month (Missed classes do not roll over to the next month)
    • 15% discount on several other Elevate NEXT classes and special events (Does not apply to team training)
    • Membership is paid on a monthly basis by automatic payment on the same day each month (Charged to your debit/credit card)
    • Class attendance must be reserved in advance to hold your child’s spot in that class. Membership does not automatically reserve a spot.
  • How do I register for a membership?

    Registration is easy and secure.  You can register online with a credit/debit card.  You’ll receive a confirmation email from us.  On our Mindbody website, click on the retail tab then select Contracts/Packages and choose Yearly Family Membership.  

  • Can I cancel my membership before the year ends?

    Our cancellation policy requires you to pay $150.00 to end your membership early.

  • Do I have to purchase a membership?

    No, we offer several options to fit your budget.

    To reserve your child’s spot in a class, it must be paid online at time of registration.

    We do not accept cash or checks at the gym.

  • Can I freeze or suspend my membership?

    No, we do not “freeze” or suspend your membership. It is a yearly commitment.

    If you decide you need to cancel your membership, our cancellation policy requires you to pay $150.00 to end your membership early.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The deposit fee is $100.00 and is nonrefundable. It is due at time of scheduling.

  • Is there an age limit?

    The age requirement is 6 years old and older.

  • How long is a scheduled party?

    Each party is 2 hours.

  • What is the cost per child?

    Each child costs $15.00. The birthday child is free.

  • Can I bring food, drinks, ice cream and/or cake?

    Yes, however we do not have access to the cafeteria and food is not allowed inside the actual gym. With weather permitting, there is an outside patio you can use for serving your guests.

    We do not have access to a refrigerator to keep ice cream frozen, but it is allowed.

  • Do you supply gift bags? Paper products?

    We supply gift bags but not paper products.

  • Does the birthday child get a free t-shirt?

    Yes, the birthday child will receive a free t-shirt. If available, the other guests may purchase one as well.
