In our Beginner 1 class, we focus on laying down the fundamental building blocks of basketball. Here, young athletes will not only learn the basics of shooting, dribbling, and passing but also begin to explore the art of attacking the basket. Through engaging drills and activities, players develop essential skills while gaining confidence in their ability to execute both shooting and attacking maneuvers, setting a solid foundation for their basketball journey.
